Guys, greater than 50% is a majority. Less than 50%, but more than anyone else, is a plurality. Most of us Americans don't appreciate the difference, but if I told you why then I would be in violation of Rule 5.

I’ve seen that 10 were questioned. Were 10 actually arrested? I’ve seen 2 in some places. Most of the articles I’ve seen haven’t actually had much information at all.

Followup says 27 of the 28 questioned were deported, which implies guilt, but they were never formally tried so... its hard to say much for certain other than those 27 were found to some degree of fault.
