Disney Cruise - If You Don't Have Enough Points?

What happens if you don't have quite enough Points for the room you need on a Disney Cruise? Do they let you pay part cash, or does this keep you from using Points all together? Just looking for another way to justify an add-on, as DH seems to be interested in taking the DC someday Thanks!

You only have to use points for one of the people in the room, so you could use points for one and cash for the rest. Or you could get a lower category room.

Thanks! Doesn't help me justify add-on, but does let me know we can make do with what we've got. We haven't even gone "home" yet, and I am already scheming See you in April!

To justify the add-on, pay cash for the cruise and be sure you have enough points to rent to cover the cash outlay. (That will be less than the points required for an all-points cruise.)

Always gotta have some extra points to rent! Cash is SO versatile!

You have to pay for one ADULT to do the cruise with points. Then if you pay cash for others you must pay all up front and it's based on the contract price and not the early booking discounts.
