Disney Cruise Deposit Question

I cannot seem to find an answer looking through the DCL website. Are the deposit amounts refundable if you cancel before a certain date before your sail date or final payment?

I found one chart that mentions if the sailing is 89 - 45 days out you lose your deposit but does not mention anything if it is more than 89 days out

It depends on the length of the cruise. 6 night and longer cruises lose their deposit at 119 days.

Yes, Disney Cruise deposits are fully refundable up until the date penalties begin, which is typically 90-120 days in advance of the cruise, depending on the cruise length. Exceptions are Concierge deposits, which are transferable but not refundable; GT (restricted) fares, which require full payment at booking and are not refundable; and some rare special cruises (such as maiden voyages) which may have nonrefundable deposits.
