Disney credit card vs Airline credit card?

I'm also interested in South West for their "initial bonus". I'm trying to find more info. I've heard that the Bonus changes frequently. Any insight into when is the best time to apply or hints on how best to use their perks would be appreciated.
Here's a good article:

Its hard to know when they might increase the sign-on bonus again. Right now it is at 50,000 points. About a year ago it was at 100,000 points, and the points needed for Companion Pass back then was 125,000. I was able to pick up a Companion Pass by getting the card, and then spending around $25,000 on my card.

I checked my old e-mails, and the bonus was 75,000 points in November 2022.

Thanks. That's the info that I needed.

Free or Paid cards....
Free cards we like chase freedom cards most will give you 1 year of 5% back in certain cat. We have both Freedom unlimited 1.5% on everything some are always 3% like dining and Freedom Flex 1% some 3% as unlimited but 5% bonus cat. We just got a new one (we had the older version they do not offer any longer) and were getting 10% back on Groceries 5% for a year plus 5% bonus Jan-Mar31. You can easily transfer this to a bank account as cash use the card for food at Disney pay it with the cash and get back 3%.
For paid Airlines work out the best for the free bags but if you do more traveling there are better ones like others have mentioned Chase sapphire. If you wanted to go all in with travel and spend a good amount Amex Platinum is very easy to get back the high yearly fee and much more.
