Disney Cosmetology...NO RETURN CALL!!

I had called disney cosmo on sunday and left a mssg requesting that someone contact me...well it is now wednesday and still no call. I would think that when you are running a business calls would be returned in one day-two maximum-wouldn't you think??
Who do I email/call to complain about this?

Our EM took care of booking our stylist. Have you talked to your EM? I'm sure they will take care of that for you.

I don't have a em...I am booking my own cosmo for a swan wedding...I am not using the swan cosmo as it costs more...
