Disney collection points

Does anyone know when you will be able to make reservations for 2014 using Disney collection for Disneyland? I submitted a request and was told they are not yet available for 2014 yet.. Is this tied to when Disney releases prices for 2014?

These always come out late in the year before. I am waiting for Disneyland Paris to come out for January 2014, which will probably be in July
