Disney Christmas ornamnets - worth??

I just scored a whole bunch of Disney Christmas ornaments today. They are the ball type. Some are like Animal Kingdom 1998, snow white 1994, some are from 1987. They are still in their original box. I'm thinking of selling them, but how much do you think they may be worth and is there anyway to look? Thanks so much!

P.S. I'll probably hang onto them until the Christmas season and sell them on Ebay. I did a completed auction search, but I can't go back to Dec.

Would you consider keeping them? I have a feeling there isn't a great deal of appreciation of ornaments that are still relatively new. I think there are some from the 30s, 40s, and 50s that go for some good prices. My guess: You'd be lucky to get a dollar or two above list price. But I could be wrong

Sorry, but I think Micca is right. I don't think you will get list price for them on eBay, even if you wait until December.

When the season gets closer, start a couple at $5.00 and see if there is any interest. Til then, keep an eye on completed auctions to see if there is any similar items being offered.

I got 30 of them for $5.00 so it was a great deal. I figure even if they sell at list I'll make a hundred or so. Just curious what everyone thought. Thanks!

I'm with you. Give it a shot. I don't think they'll sell for the price of an "antique", but you may have someone who was there in 1988 and wanted that ornament and didn't buy it, and regrets it, or someone looking for a special gift to commemorate a trip that year or whatever.

I keep searching ebay for an AK ball dated 2000 and 2001 because I broke mine. You never know there are people out there
like me just searching.

30 for $5 is a great deal That'd be excuse enough for me to get an additional small tree and hang only those ornaments on it
