Disney celebraton pins/buttons/badges @ international parks?

Are the 3inch celebration pins "1st visit", "happy birthday", "happily ever after", etc Buttons given out at Disneyland Paris, Tokyo or Hong Kong resorts?

I would like to know regarding DLRP

DLRP had them last time we "needed" them - which was 3 years ago when the youngest nephew got to go for the first time. At some point before that they were stickers only though. Older nephew nly got a sticker for his shirt at DLRP for his first visit, but younger nephew definitely got a round metal pin. Not sure if they still have them now? We haven't really checked the last couple trips we went.
