Anyone lately rent from the Car Care Center? I just rented one day next week through Alamo. I plan on having them pick me up at the hotel and bring back on the return. How much time should I allow to be picked up and actually drive off in the car? They don't have "skip the counter" at this location but I am assuming it won't be a busy as the airpot. I see they also have a self serve Kiosk that I will use if they are working. Thanks for any tips!

I used the service to pick up and drop off a car last June. I think the amount of time the process takes depends on your location. For example, it took roughly twenty minutes between the time they picked me up and when I parked the rental at the Poly. It took just a few minutes longer when I returned the car because I had to wait 5 minutes for the shuttle service to arrive. The process at the desk was quick and painless.

I used it from POP in Dec, 2019. Picked me up on time, from the time I was picked up by the shuttle until I got back to POP to pick up the family was maybe 20 minutes. Vehicle was ready for me when I got to the CCC, signed, hopped in and took off. I dropped it off the same day. Drove in, dropped off the keys and walked right out to the shuttle. There is no skip the counter because there is no lot or aisle, they pull the car up to the curb for you.

We used it a few months ago from CBR. From the time the shuttle picked up DH to the time he returned with the car was probably about 30-45 minutes, if I remember correctly. Super convenient.
