Disney buying my purchase from under me from a reseller

Does any one know how often Disney buys out a time share sale from a reseller? Is there any other reason they could halt the sale?

What are my chances of it going through?

Disney has not been using its "ROFR" power much lately.

They are more likely to ROFR a property if it is in active sales or at BCV.

There is also a thread concerning what has passed ROFR at what price.

I'm sure somebody will post the ROFR thread.

You'll pass. Disney will not buy SSR back at that price. Hope the wait goes by quickly for you. Congratulations on the purchase.

I just passed $51.25 pp SSR for 160 points it only took them 2 weeks vs 30 days. You might want to check "Anyone made it through (or not made it through) ROFR recently" the post that Donald has under DVC Operations. It appears to be very popular

I was a nervous wreck until I viewed the posts from others. So far it looks like Disney has been responding between 2-3 weeks. Hope that helps!

We live in Freeport PA! I actually looked at homes in Penn Hills several years ago when we lived in New Ken! I work at the Steel building. Maybe we'll run into each other at a steeler or pirate game!
