Disney Birthday Design Help... Please!

Hi! I am working on a First Birthday t-shirt for my daughter's first birthday. I have the graphic for the back of the shirt which can be seen in the following link:

It is the "Happy Birthday" Mickey Head by DBL101... love it!

I would like a front pocket design, and thought that I could do this myself, What was I thinking! After 3 nights of trying and finally figuring out that I am unable to wrap text on my computer w/out additional software, I am waving the white flag!

Ideally, I would like a disney birthday graphic (hat, mickey head, number 1 with fill-in, etc... You all are much more creative than I) with a arched text on top that says, "Happy 1st Birthday" and a arched text on bottom that says, "Audrey Anne."

I hope I did an adequate job explaining this. Thanks in advance for your help!
