The signs appear around Reams Road, Floridian Way, World Drive, and more between the Magic Kingdom and the start of real estate not owned by the Walt Disney Company. Facilities in this area include Disney University, Holiday Services, Transportation Storage, Central Shops and more.
I just thought it was interesting.... last year I took photos of the Christmas tree in parts on the side of the road. I guess if I were a influencer I would be ruining the magic

Most everything back there is on Disney property so while the roads are public, those locations are on private property and they don't want people stopping or visiting those locations. It's also a matter of safety. Those roads are heavily traveled by CM buses and CMs commuting to and from work. I drove a WDW bus back there and it was annoying having to stop in order to avoid a car partially pulled over because they thought that they were going to see something behind the scenes. There's nothing of interest to see.

Not to mention all the deliveries and construction vehicles and those workers… I suspect the fireworks will be a really Big Bang for the 50th and Disney is preparing . Harmonius included!
Just cause you can see it , doesn’t mean you should look!

Last NYEwalking from the monorail resorts to the MK , etc… (from BLT)… a whole new level of security was added …
Disney knows what they are doing …occasionally

Fortunately most of those vehicles get off the tail end of World Dr, the road in question which is before the locations of interest mentioned by the OP. They're further down on Center Dr.

If the roads are open to members of the public (not gated), then I don't see how they could expect to be able to enforce a photo ban. Certainly they can ban *stopping*, but if you are a passenger filming from a vehicle in motion, I really don't think that constitutes cause for a stop and search to confiscate the footage.

I think this is correct, but it sounds like they'll make a note of it if a person in the car posts the footage to TikTok.

My pics were taken as my DH was driving, I dont think my pics are the ones they are focusing on... I'm sure its Influencers that are ruining the magic or I guess blocking traffic.

I don't know why you'd be streaming as you're either driving or on the side of the road to begin with. That's just asking for problems.
