Disney area off-site buffet suggestion needed

My boss is going to Disney in October but staying off-site at a Marriott. Her adult children & their families are staying at the Swan/Dolphin. She'd like to know if there are any good & reasonably priced buffets nearby.

I've never stayed off property so I decided to come here to ask. Any suggestions? She's celebrating her DH's 60th but wants something reasonable for her kids & their families (all have young kids).

There is a good Chinese Buffet not far from Downtown Disney, I think it's called the Mandarin Garden but I'm sure if that isn't the correct name someone will chime in with the right one. If you were on Hotel Blvd like you were leaving DTD you make a left at 535 (where you can see the Crossroads across from you) then make the first left. It's in that strip mall on the corner. We liked it so much we went twice last time we were down there.

If you take a right at the end of Hotel Blvd instead of a left and make a left on Vineland there is a Golden Corral, you will see it on the left as you are heading towards the traffic light.

I just thought of another one in that same area. Going the same way as you would go to get to the Chinese buffet, if you made a right at the light instead of a left (It's called Palm Parkway if you go right. It may or may not be called that if you go left) less than 1/2 mile on the right there is a strip mall that has a Cicis Pizza in it. There is also a Hooters in that same area, not a buffet but you can get huge platters of wings and fries without breaking the bank.

For something totally different that is still a buffet you could also try and get into a dinner show called Outta Control, in Wonderworks on International Drive. It's a reasonably priced pizza buffet with a magic/comedy show. Everyone I know that has gone to it says it's a blast. We actually tried to get to it our last visit in July and every night we wanted was already sold out.

My kids like Golden Corral-Rt 192 west, about a 10 min drive from Disney.

Sweet Tomatoes!!! It's wonderful. DH wouldn't go to Texas de Brazil because he wanted to go to ST instead.....
