I am waiting on a replacement Mickey waffler from them. Mine cracked horribly the 2nd time I used it. It must have been dropped at sometime before we got it. Of course they are backordered now though.. ugh...
Villa Ware was AWESOME about it though, they said they will send one out as soon as they can and were very accomodating about the damage.

This has got to be the worst website to deal with! I emailed them Monday because I couldn't look up my order info. Wed. I decided to call since they did not respond to my email. I got a voice mail, so I left a message. The guy finally called me back that evening. He said they were REALLY behind on shipping, but they were shipping the next morning. Late last night I got an email with shipping info, when I track it, it says it'll be here Monday. I sure hope so!

I sent an e-mail to them last night requesting information. I received an e-mail back this morning stating the same thing... they are behind on shipping due to a clearance sale that they had. They said that they would put it in the mail Monday morning.

Just received my Mickey Waffle Iron on Thursday so of course we had wonderful Mickey waffles for breakfast. Not the same as being in Disney especially since the snow was coming down hard.

I received 4 e-mails before it arrived. They sent the purchase confirmation, shipping confirmation, when it was shipped and when it was due to arrive.
