Hi everyone,

We are going to DLP May 24-26th (first-timers).

I have a question re the annual passports. I will be purchasing either the Francillien or the Fantasy (with the free child passport for my 5 year old). I read somewhere that the Francillien is available only to locals? We are US citizens residing in Belgium. Is the Francillien even an option for us?

Also, where do I purchase the passports? Can I do this in advance to avoid any lines at DLP? Or do we have to do it at DLP? If so, is there a ticket booth right outside the park?

Thanks so much in advance!

Any person can buy the Francillien passport. But be aware that you need to have them activated on day 1 by entering the park. They are then not useable on day 2 and day 3. Hence why most will think that only local residents can use them.
The Fantasy and Dream AP's are much better for visitors :)

Not sure how many are in your part but sponsorship may also be an option. If so please post a request there, rather than in this thread.

You can purchase your AP at guest services. Head towards the right of the park entrance, as if you are going to Disneyland Hotel entrance. You will get a temporary AP here :)
