disney annual pass please help

Hi i am going on sunday to paris for a week. Pls could someone tell me is the annual pass for disneyland only available for french residents or can i buy when i get there? Also how much is a mid range one in english money? Do i need to take anything with me. Do i have time ie 2 days left to buy online somewhere before i go? Please any help much appreciated

The cheapest one has the first 2 days as blackout dates so I wound of thought any good for you.
If you can get someone to sponsor you there is a thread on here and one on trip adviser too.
You will get 10 % off gate price that way.
If you to get one before you go try supertrips or the discount ticket store.
