Anyone else going this Wednesday?!

My twelve-year-old son owns two shares of Disney stock (we bought him one for his last birthday then he bought one) and...surprise...surprise...the annual meeting is about 15 miles away from our house?! We got tickets last month and are very excited to go.

If you aren't going, any thoughts on what we should ask or tell any "powers-that-be" in attendance? Wonder if both Bob Iger and Bob Chapek will be there.

I think we paid around $135 per share but now it’s down to $115.27. The cost of actually buying it was free since it was a new account...and maybe because it was for a minor? It took weeks to set up the minor account with Merril Lynch, get the money into it, and buy the share. We joked then that ow he could go to a stockholders meeting, assuming they are always in LA or NYC or something. Then it actually turned out to be in town?!

No, it’s all just electronic. I made a “certificate” to give him for his birthday, though, so he’d have something explaining what we did.
