Disney and Universal with Costco

Part of our group is planning on Disney and a couple of days at universal. I see on costco's website you can get annual passes for Universal for 99$. The black or dates don't affect us but I'm worried I might be missing something. We don't live in California but it doesn't say you need to.

The AP Costco's site is for all areas, you don't have to be a SoCal resident, but the blackout dates are the same as the SoCal AP that USH has. If the dates work for you, it is a good deal. If you only need two days, check out AAA, it is even less, $87.

We do only need two days but I don't have AAA so I think I'll do the Costco pass. I'll have to look, maybe there will be some additional benefits to the annual pass.
