Ok, so since DIT and Holly are back on the project... I'm taking the evening off.. I've got to get kids ready for practices (with heat indexes over 100 plus)... the AD ran the XC kids off today.. told them to go home..... but others have practices later.. I will take one and stay w/ him... and DD will take DS14 and stay with him.. that way we can get them cooled if they over heat.... lots of water being drunk....

Yes, 9 spots are open.. of which 5 of them are for swappers already in to take another spot (so they will have 2 each)...

so that would leave you needing 2 more swappers to fill the last 4 open spots...

I'm sorry for my part in the confusion too. But......

We're going to Disney World!!!!!

DH has his job, we weathered the 2 months of unemployment well, and I was able to re-book the trip I canceled and had already paid for. I spent most of yesterday rebooking my airfare (thank god for southwest credits!) and ADRs. I was so surprised to get Chef Mickey and all 3 princess meals! We leave in less than 2 weeks. I will be a busy busy bee. I have to have all of the trip stuff ready obviously, but I will need all of the school uniforms and sports stuff ready too as school starts the week we get back. Last, I need to get my swaps done.

Off to work on this stuff!

So, based on that you need the following to sign up:

AWM needs to pick 1 more letter

And, we will need 2 more swappers to take 2 groups of 2 letters each.

My belief is and PO3 will need to confirm... since there are 13 people, you will make 13 of each of your letters...you will still get all 26 letters back....

What size rolodex.. I will defer that question to PO3...

When 26 people sign up, you make 26. We were hoping for 26. However, I think there will only be 13 for this -- like the ABC page swap. When there are 13 people, you pick 2 letters and make 13 of each.

I wanted two full sets. SO I picked 2 letters for my first set (J and Q) and 2 more letters for my second set (B and Z). I will need to make 13 of each of these letters.
