Disney is so awesome about food allergies. Being both diabetic and being allergic to most artificial sweeteners is a real challenge but I was able to have a birthday cake this year at Disney made with Splenda, the only sweetener I can tolerate. I am also allergic to shellfish so many combo dishes are out as well unless they can leave out the shellfish and prepare it separately. And many jusices now days seem to have mango. AKL got me plain OJ because what they serve on the concierge breakfast is mixed with mango. They also offered to go out and get some Diet Rite for me but I had brought it with me.
