Disney adult on 10th birthday?

We were booked in to CBR for Jan 22nd but I found a great deal on a flight that arrives at 8:00am on the 23rd so now we will be arriving on the 23rd. My daughter turns 10 on the 23rd but since we were originally arriving when she was 9 I booked the child tickets and dining plan for her.

When I called to change the reservation to the 23rd the CM said it was ok if she stayed on the kids rate and dining plan but I don't think that's correct is it?

In the end I decided to leave the check in date as the 22nd for now so that we were guaranteed our room would be ready when we arrived (since we are flying all night we will need a shower before hitting the park and I didn't want to be waiting around for a room on my daughters birthday) so technically our check in date is when she's 9 but we won't actually be checking in until she's 10. Will it be a problem when we check in? I'm hoping for a stay, play, dine promo so it may not matter in the end but I want to be prepared just in case. Also if there isn't a stay play and dine promo I may cancel the 22nd since we won't have the benefit of the free/cheap dining to offset the cost of the extra night.

It won't be a problem. You can do online check-in and your room number will be texted to you on the 22nd. You and your family will never have to go to the Front Desk.

Even if you did stop by the Front Desk, no one will ask her age unless you ask for a Birthday Button for her 10th birthday and even then, they aren't going to pull up her birthdate.

They're probably a lot more concerned with people passing 13 year olds off as 10. You'll be fine.

That's correct. Room check-in date doesn't affect pre-scheduled ME. You do need to check-in for the 22nd so CBR knows you aren't a no show.
