I apologise if this has been discussed before I have had a look.

Can anyone tell me if the package prices go up the more time goes on like the DCL prices do after the day they're released?

Not necessarily. You'll see price fluctuations based on the time of year but that's about it.

I just book as soon as the new prices come out with the $200 deposit.

No they really don't go up with package plans, I have seen hotel only prices move up little.
