Disney 101 Dalmatians Talking Penny and Lucky mini bean bag plush set

In my plushies I found a talking mini bean bag plush set of Lucky and Penny from 101 Dalmatians and I want to know more info about this set? When you squeeze their tummies Penny says "Hi I'm Penny Like My Spots?" and barks and says "You're The Best Friend Ever" and Lucky says "Hi I'm Lucky How About You" and like Penny barks as well. I cannot remember Lucky's other phrase but it appears that this set was originally a free gift when you preordered the 2000 rerelease of 101 Dalmatians but after the film's rerelease this set was later sold alone in The Disney Catalog as well as Disney Stores and theme parks. Is this one of the rare sets of 101 Dalmatians plushies?

I know you post a lot of ‘is this rare and what is it worth posts’ you can find the value of most items with a web search. There are several of these sets for sale on eBay for $5-20 depending on the condition.

101 Dalmatians is my favorite Disney movie, and I was obsessed with collecting all the Dalmatian things as a child. I have both of those plushies. While my Penny doesn't talk anymore, my Lucky actually does! His two lines are:
- *barks* "Hi I'm Lucky! How about you? Will you be my friend?"
- *giggles and barks* "Thanks for being my friend!"
As far as price goes, I'm not sure they'd be worth more than maybe $40 together. $20-$40 is usually the going rate I find for most Dalmatian plushies in great condition online.
