I had that discussion with my wife last night. They will have to make that part of the resort deluxe if they want to get the extra high prices per point. But what is they are creating Value DVC for say $100 a point and this is the first resort.

They will not discount he price per point. Instead, they'd charge fewer points per night.

If they do charge fewer points per night, we might be interested. We've commented that the "points per night" for DVC resorts has increased so much in the ones recently built.

If so, that DVC resorts next to moderates drive the point structure down, bring on the POR DVC, our favorite pre-DVC resort.
