DISign request - Retirement Cruise Sign / T-shirt

Hello everyone!

I'm looking for someone to design a sign for an upcoming cruise. We are taking my MIL on a SURPRISE disney cruise to celebrate her retirement. We have a large group going with 3 families. I'd like to laminate the sign to put on each of our doors.

In addition to the sign, I'd like a T-shirt graphic that I can have made on a bunch of tshirts for our family to wear on the day we reveal the surprise to her.

Can anyone help me?

What information is needed?

I'm thinking for both the sign and shirt, something saying "Nana's Surprise Retirement Cruise" okay, maybe not those exact words, but something along those lines. And the dates? I'm really not good at that stuff! HA!

Also, I really like some of the more simple designs with a beautiful picture... like the water shaped mouse ears rather than something with a bunch of characters.

The cruise is Oct 8-15 on the Magic.

Here are a bunch of cruise related DISigns where the words/names are easily changed. Most were done for BFF's, but characters can be added or deleted and words changed. Plus you can go on the cruise line forum they have some great DISigns there. Plus Jordak (who is a DISigner over there and sometimes does DISigns here,) does great DISigns also. Also, Mel does some great disigns. Check out their signatures in this thread
