Disgusting experience regarding my disability in June

Had an issue at the beginning of June regarding trying to get the disability app approved. Not only did I feel harassed but my son felt harassed and I’m pretty sure my rights under the Americans with disabilities act were violated multiple times.

I messaged not only guest relations but also the disability. In June I originally got a response asking me for my phone number from a Daniela Shelby a Guest Correspondence. I responded multiple times with my phone number and have not received a phone call back.

I have called Disneyland multiple times and emailed multiple times and nobody responds.

What I went through, nobody should go through and I want somebody to make sure that this doesn’t happen again.
 
Sorry you’ve had challenges connecting with Disney to request accommodations. Generally speaking, Disney doesn’t handle such requests by “message” (email? social media?) or by calling the guest. It’s done via video chat or in person at the Esolanade at DL. This page should have a link for the video chat: https://disneyland.disney.go.com/guest-services/disability-access-service-register/

As be aware that Disney has restricted DAS to relatively few individuals who qualify and instead offers alternate accommodations in the parks.
