We have had an unusually cool summer as well. We start back to school on 8/19, so I am sure it will heat up then!

Have fun at the concert, Shelby! We saw them two weeks ago and it was fun! My girls loved every minute. They sell light sticks at the merch stand, we had those and I think Kaitlyn waved hers non stop for the whole show. Emma cried when they came on stage from being so excited. At one point ttheir bodyguard comes on stage to sing... it is NKOTB's bodyguard from back in the day, Biscuit!

Yeah... he was right below our section at the concert taking pics with fans. So was the Jo Bros mom. So cute, reminded me of back in the day when I wanted to meet a NK mom because surely she would love me aand set me up with her son!

Too cute!! On the local radio station, they were interviewing people who were waiting outside in NYC to meet the Jo Bros and most of them had their moms with them. They were asking if they would be ok with their daughter dating a Jo Bro. They all said yes because they seem like nice boys!

Thanks guys...I'm not feeling any better yet, in fact, I'm worse if that's possible. The amoxicillin & vicodin they gave me are huge pills, great to give someone with a swollen throat right?? I had to take on empty stomach b/c I just can't swallow any food, well that resulted in me throwing up the chicken noodle soup I had managed to force down & the water I've been drinking. Plus now the meds have made me lightheaded & dizzy. Seriously, just shoot me now! I can't even talk b/c it hurts, I try to swallow only when absolutely necessary. I truly have never in my life felt so wretched from a sore throat.

Ugh, Erin, I'm sorry hun. I've had sore throats like that before so I know what it feels like. It's the worst! I'm sure throwing up didn't help either. I hope you feel better soon!!

Erin - you poor thing. Just remember YOU WILL FEEL BETTER. I know how hard it is.

Gymboree...did pretty well!! Becca got a cute little pale pink sweater with a dog on it with a shirt to go under it, the purse that goes with it that has the same dog in it. Too cute! She got pajamas, a skort, another shirt, some hair things, bracelets, leggings and some other stuff I can't even remember!

I'm all packed for the Jonas concert!!!

Oh and our MNSSHP tickets came today! We were going to go twice but since my hubby isn't going we're going to try to scale down the trip a bit. (no rental car for example)

Thanks everyone. I've managed to sleep off and on most of the afternoon, which is good. I even managed to get some pudding down to take my vicodin with earlier. It hurt like heck, but I did it. Now my fever is back up to 103. I'm anxiously awaiting the amoxicillin to kick in and get this infection gone!!

I went to MNSSHP once and loved it (wow ... was it really seven years ago???). The HM CMs get really into it, makeup and all, and seem to up the interaction. Make sure you're somewhere where you can catch a glimpse of the Headless Horseman on his ride!

I've heard the parade and the headless horseman are not to be missed. I'll be sure to get a decent spot early! I've been to MVMCP and P&PP so this will complete the trio.

The Headless Horseman is awesome!!!! It's very cool to see him come galloping by.

We're almost at the 60 day mark! I need to get back on my diet!!! It's coming so fast now. I contacted Member Services on the DVC member site and made arrangements for the Magical Express. I'll be placing a grocery order to be delivered as it gets closer. Just a couple little things to arrange. I am getting SO excited!!!

It's getting harder and harder not to say something in front of the kids! I keep thinking of different things and am just about to say them out loud when I stop myself. I don't want to ruin the surprise now! Although I don't know exactly how to handle that part of it since my hubby isn't coming. Any suggestions?

I was thinking maybe the kids could spend the night at my mom's the night before or something. Then I could get all our stuff in order the night before while they were at my mom's. In the morning I'd just get all my stuff together and head to my mom's house and wake them there. I don't want my hubby to have to watch me surprise them with a trip that he's not going on. I don't know what to do!!

By the way, we went to the Jonas Brothers concert on Thursday. It was AWESOME!!! Even I was jumping up and down and screaming when they came out. Becca was SO excited and our seats were GREAT!! We had a LOT of fun!! That Nick Jonas is so adorable!!!

Not me! I already have 3 vacations booked between now and April.

Not me...I already have a cruise booked April 29th - May 6th ( think that's the last day LOL). As much as I love NKOTB, MY cruise will be better IMO b/c it will be Jay, Wyatt & Carson's first, my mom & step dad are going, my mommom and her husband, Jay's grandparents are all going. We are all os excite!!!

I wanna go and I can totally do the down payment and all, but now my friend that has been my NKOTB partner is saying no way.....her husband would divorce her. So if I go I have to go all alone and I don't know if I like the idea of getting paired up in a room with one of the "crazy" fans. So unless I can convince her I don't know if I'll be there or not.

We're going to California in May, so not me! I can imagine Jason's reaction if I told him he had to watch a six-month-old for a week anyway while I go on a NKOTB cruise.
