Discovery Island Carnivale in Jan/Feb

I asked my mom what she really wants to do when we're at Disney World and she says "dance". I found the Discovery Island Carnivale, but it doesn't give dates that far out(we'll be there 1/30-2/3). Does this happen during the slower times?

Also any daytime dance opportunities in any of the parks? She wants to dance with the kids, so Atlantic Dance Hall won't work.
