Discovery Cove - any chance of discounts Xmas week?

We would like to go to Discovery Cove the week between Christmas & New Year's. Does anyone remember there being any discounts during this time of the year? The 10% early purchase discount expires on Dec. 20 - anything past this time in prior years? $1100 for 4 of us for one day is a little steep.

Christmas and New Years tends to be a very busy time in central Florida so I am doubtful that there would be discounts. Although maybe DC would offer them as being in the water when it is cold here might not be fun.

An additional discount would be nice, but don't forget that the price also includes a 7 day pass for Sea World Orlando or Busch Gardens Tampa Bay.
