Has anyone taken the new tour? DD 4 1/2, DH and myself are going this Saturday and have booked it, but would like some info on it and the lunch which is to be at the Disney Gallery.

Thanks :flower1:

The tour was a blast :Pinkbounc

DD 4 1/2 had a wonderful time.......

starts out with tour guide telling us we are going on an "environmental tour" and will be helping Pluto pick up trash, to say the least the 4 kids in our tour weren't to happy about that....suddenly Pluto comes out with a book and "tells" us that he found it and it needs to get back to the owner, so we look at the book for "clues" and go find the owner.

it takes your through Main street (singing and skipping) to FantasyLand, Frontierland, Adventureland, New Orleans Square and finally to Toontown. you will meet and great along the way (special front of the line cuts, watch the people in lines expressions) I won't give all the details away, but for the $49.00 for the first two tkts and $39.00 after that, plus lunch (at Rancho Del Zocalo, choice of taco platter) and a special item at the end, I felt it was worth every penny, especially for the kids (our group ages ranged from 4 - 11) Mom and Dad even get in on the act. You will probably meet some characters you've never encountered also. It ran just over 3 1/2 hours and is very interactive for the kids.

Jana was our tour guide and was full of energy and had just as much fun as we did. The tour is only running on the weekends right now, but will probably run during the week for summer and other peak visiting days, check it out!!!

Haha sounds like a good time, maybe i'll get my family to try and do it... i dont think i have ever seen my father skip hahahaha

Does anyone know how far in advance one can book this tour? I would love to do this for my DD's 5th BDay in April. We have a toddler (under 2 at the time of travel) too that would have to tag along. Does anyone know if that would be ok and would she need a ticket.

I am not sure how far out you can book, I do know they are only running it on the weekends right now but that could always change.

Strollers weren't allowed, so you would have to carry little ones if they get tired.

The tour dept number is 714-781-4400.

<font color=navy>Thank you for the recap of the tour. It does sound like a great one to take, especially with kids. :sunny:

We normally carry our toddler in a sling so that wouldn't be a problem. My wife and I would love to take our 5yo for this, but obviously don't want to pay for the toddler since she won't do much. I'll call the number you gave (thanks) and post what I find out. :earboy2:
