Discover card deal with other discounts...

My family and I are going to Universal/IOA in early Oct. I am going to use my Discover Card, so I can get a third day free. Can I use any additional discounts to buy the tickets? I have AAA, Entertainment & Universal Fan Club Card discounts. Thanks.
