Only for the cabins, and 'once in awhile' a limited (very) number of sites with Disney Visa or AP's.

Like NoM said, almost never on the campsites as they are usually sold out without needing discounts to fill them. The cabins on the other hand are more expensive, and you will find them listed on room discounts and free dining from time to time.

Haven't had a campground discount yet.
