Could someone advise where I can find the discounts available for DVC members? I am considering buying and was wondering what other member benefits there were.

One of the biggest benefits right now is that DVC members get $100 off an AP.

We also get free internet (when staying on points) and free valet service at the DVC resorts.

There are some other discounts available, but I am a fairly new member and not familiar with the rest of them.

However, the benefits and discounts can and do change so there is no guarantee that those "perks" will be there in the future. Many will tell you not to even consider them when deciding on DVC as something here today could be gone tomorrow!

When we bought into DVC eleven years ago, members got discounts on Length of Stay passes, but not APs or PAPs. Now we don't get LOS discounts but we do get AP/PAP discount. Dining discounts have changed over the years. Members get 25% off sometime (if it is available) on DVC cash reservation. Members get free valet parking at DVC resorts - we didn't use to get that either.

Discounts and perqs are nice, but don't base your decision to buy DVC on these. Base it on the ability to prepay your vacations.

But, member fees continue to go up each year, so the prepaid cost also increases.
