Discounts on Anual Passes?

We are a family of 4. We are southern Cali residents but don't want to deal will all the blackout days on those passe's so we are looking to get the deluxe passed my question is does Disney or anyone sell discounted annual passes? (other then DVC) thanks for the info.

As far as I know, there are no discounts on AP's. We started with the Southern Cal and then upgraded to Deluxe. It doesn't seem quite as expensive that way. Or you could pay $30 or so to go on a blockout day, then add whatever the difference is to upgrade to deluxe.

Last year we were able to get discounts through Coca Cola bottles for APs since we're CA residents. You might want to keep an eye out to see if that promotion is going on again.

Darn, I didn't know about the CTA thing- my mom is a CTA member (and union rep) she has an AP too, but just renewed. Good to know for future!

Just checked TSA's site for CTA. Deluxe AP's are $219 and must be activated by Jan. 2, 2007. They are good for 315 days after the first day it is used--this from info on website.

CTA members can buy the passes through TSAspecialservices.com. I have never had them ask me for whom I am buying the tickets.

Definatly check with your employer. My DH gets a discount too. It's small for the SoCal passes, but I think $20 for the nicer passes.
