discounts for Aug?

Have any room discounts become available for mid to late August?
Can't seem to find any information which probably means there isn't. Any idea if discounts are usually offered at DL hotels in mid to late August and if yes when they are usually released?

Unfortunately, no, not yet! Still holding out hope, but nothing so far. Last year they released Summer promotions at the end of May for approx June 19 - Mid Aug. They then released late Summer promotions around July 26th for Mid to late Aug - Sept. So far there is no promotion for Summer, which is a first in many many years. I am hoping they will still do a promotion for later August as that's when we are planning to go, but at this point I'm not holding my breath. I imagine with all the new offerings at DCA and DL, they figure they don't need a promotion to bring crowds in this Summer. It's a bummer, but I will still keep checking as you never know!! Keeping my fingers crossed!

With carsland opening I doubt you see any from Disney, the place will be rockin.

I'm really not anticipating any because of the demand from Carsland. Last year, with all the construction deals weren't announced until July 26th for August 15th or so on.
