Discounts for 6/6?? Anything available?

I need a discount for 6/6. We have AP's and we have a pin number. All of these seem to stop on 6/6. Does anyone know how to get a discount for this Saturday night?

I think, unfortunately, you're out of luck.

The only discounts for your travel period that I'm aware of are the ones you've mentioned.

If you need more than just the one night, though, you could try the 7 for 4 discount.

I'm a DVC member and don't need the 7/4 deal. I was just trying to get a 1 night deal.. Thanks..I will keep waiting, looking and hoping.

I'm looking for the same time period and honestly, I'm surprised Disney isn't offering more discounts considering the economy. I am hoping for a room discount(the7/4 deal doesn't do me any good) . I actually won a trip with tickets but just need to add a few more nights to our stay.

I just checked the AP site for June 6 to 7 for the one night and came up with the following before tax:

POR/CBR = $104 - Standard Room
AKL = $164 - Standard Room
OKW/SSR = $154 - Studio
BC/YC = $254 - Standard

The marketing people have worked their mysterious magic forcing us to split our reservations to get the lower pricing.

Also, the online system defaults to the higher rates like Water View so you have to click on Standard to get the lower pricing? Could this be the problem?

Remember, for this promotion, weekdays are lower than weeknights except for the Villas which have a lower weekend rate compared to the weekdays...go figure. Looks like all you DVC members are avoiding the higher points on the weekends so Disney has to provide an incentive on Friday and Saturdays to fill the rooms.

I think we are all waiting for early May for the summer AP rates.

Normally there are no general public rates for this time from so it will be interesting to see if they add some this year.

Usually the late May –early June do not come out until then but they released those days in February so up to June 6th we are ahead of the game.

I am hoping they move up the dates for the release of the June/July AP rates since for after the 6th of June week it only leaves 1 month of lead time (I can hope can’t I)

I was able to get an AP rate at AKL for the nights of June 5 and 6. It was still giving availability at several resorts for those dates as of today.

After going through the WORST customer service agent possible I got my rate. I had to call back to get it because the first was clueless. He kept insisting 290.00 for Standard AKL room was a great rate.. I laughed and said that is regular rate and he's crazy if he thinks I am going to pay that.

I got 164.00 before tax!
