I just modified the POFQ ressie (ticketless AP pkg with basic
DDP) that I had booked at rack rate for April 30th-May 1st using the TSU code. At first she told me the TSU code was not a valid code, then realized she'd entered a Y instead of an U.

She then told me that since I had an AP the new code didn't help me, since I'd be required to buy 9 day tickets for everyone in the room. When I told her all we needed to buy were one day tickets, she just kept insisting that I was wrong, that she had worked there for over a year and to get the DDPs you
always had to buy length of stay tickets (unless you were using an AP discount). When I told her that as AP holders we've always been able to use the public codes buying only one day park tickets (except
free dining required 2 day park tickets) she basically called me a liar, said that had
never been allowed, and if a CM allowed it, they were wrong. As I was getting ready to hang up and call back, hoping for another CM, she finally told me to hold a minute and she'd verify her information just to make double sure. In a few minutes she came back on, apologized, said I was right and gave me the correct total. She seemed most concerned that she had been telling people for over a year, that they had to buy length of stay tickets in order to get the DDP and said she never realized the DDP was tied to the resort stay, not the park tickets (obviously not a DISer).
With the discount being less at POFQ and having to buy two one day tickets we don't need, the new deal only saved us $158.16, but I'm still hoping an AP discount comes out that can beat it. PORS had standard rooms available and would have been a little cheaper, but we prefer POFQ to PORS. No standard rooms were available at CSR or CBR.

CSR had only waterview and king beds and CBR had only Pirate rooms and king beds.
