Has anyone used them to get their park passes? If so, were the passes the hard plastic like at WDW or paper.

I bought my tickets from them for my October 2005 trip. The tickets were mylar (paper) not plastic. From what I have read elsewhere on the DISboards most tickets are mylar now, even annual passes. The tickets were delivered very quickly after ordering them. Once I arrived at our Disney hotel (BCV) I had them transferred onto our room keys. This was not a problem either. In short, I had no issues with them.
