discounted rooms onsite

This most likely has been posted before, but with the current state of the DIS boards and not being able to access as usual...

How inexpensively can I get a room onsite? Does Universal plan to build a "value" resort, with rooms offered for less than $100 per night?

I got RPR for $110 a night...a real value for a deluxe hotel. On the What Is Youd Rate And Date thread, you can see what prices people have been paying.

I allready booked HRH for November and got a great rate thru HotelKingdom.com, but now my girlfriends family wants to join us,

and I can't get a room for les than $199.00 per night in November.
I tried the Fan Club Rate and entertainment rate and they were already sold out!
