I have been calling for the last several months trying to get a discounted rate at the YC. After reading the responses on the boards, I decided to try a different approach. Instead of calling and looking for discounts at the resort where I wanted to stay, I called and requested a room at PO. The CM, without me asking, offered other discounts at BW ($184 per night) and I used this reservation to negotiate an upsell room at the YC. I had to change my arrival date by two days but it was well worth it. I got YC standard view for $184 per night!
