Discounted financing

does DVC ever offer discounted financing. You would think if they offered some type of interest free financing they would sell so many more contracts. Doesn't have to be 10 years maybe a 5 year interest free plan.

The majority of their buyers aren't educated on the DVC and buy while on vacation. They wouldn't use high interest cost as a reason not to buy and Disney doesn't reduce prices unless they have to.

Or maybe even tiered interest. Buy 100 points it's 10%, buy 200 points it's 8% and so on. Buy 500 plus points interest free!

The only time they offer any discount is if they have to. Sales must be meeting their business plan because they keep increasing their prices, not offering developer points, free cruises, or other incentives like they have in the past.

Frankly, they don't discount because they don't have to. The resorts sell out as fast as they can build them, and the buyers keep taking the loans, even with the ridiculous interest rates.
