Someone just told me about this board and I have 1 question. We're heading to Disney in January. My mom lives in FL and will be with us 1 of the days. FL residents (I think) can get discounted tickets and she'd need to show proof of residency (I'd think) to get them but if she were to give them to us, would we need to show proof? thanks. You can email me at pclisa2004@yahoo.com if you'd like.

to scan your fingerprints when you insert your tickets. o if she bought tickets in her name and gave them to you to use, then the first time you inserted the ticket and put your fingers on the scanner it would not match. They would probably ask to see ID at that point.:thumbsup2 Maybe you should try someplace like www.undercovertourist.com to get your tickets without doing something against the intended rules (giving a FLORIDA resident a discount).

they will probably ask to see proof of residency for all the adults that the tickets are being bought for so chances are good that your plan would not work.

The FL resident tickets are intended only for those actually residing in FL, not just for them to buy so they try to prevent them from buying them from others. Otherwise FL residents might be buying tix. cheap and trying to resell them.
