Discount on Park Hopper Plus Tix if I buy them at WDW w/D.C. card?

If we wait and buy Park Hopper Plus tix at the World when we get there, can we get a discount using our Disney Club Card? Can I buy them for all members of our party (even if not relatives?)

As long as you pay and show your Disney Club card you can get the discount right at the gate. That is how we bought our Annual Passes.
