Historically, not often... but whether they'll run it again this year, who knows. Honestly, it's not a "discount" as much as it only means less paid upfront at the time of booking.

Yes, when you convert a placeholder reservation booked onboard into a reservations for a specific cruise of 7 nights or more, you get a reduced deposit amount.

Yeah it's when you're cold and miserable in the northern half of the US and thinking, I'd like to be someplace warm.

I remember getting an email during the promo with the current weather in Castaway Cay being fed to the email...it was a nice 77 degrees while I was freeeeeeeeeeeeezing.
