I know this information is on here somewhere, but I can't seem to find it when I run a search.

Which, if any, rides currently have fast passes that are not "connected" to the rest of the system?

I don't know how current this info is...I'm recalling it fro memory from our 2011 trip :). But I thought at the time that Roger Rabbit was disconnected.

I also believe that the 2 parks are not connected? So you could have a FP in DCA as well as DL for the same time?

I know someone else will come along with more recent info than I have :)

All rides are currently connected. WOC and F! aren't connected. I believe that the Anna & Elsa show in PFF is currently connected and their greet in DCA is not. The parks are not connected to each other.

When we were there in January, the Frozen show in FPP was not connected, just as the Anna & Elsa meet & greet was not.

I think there's one Frozen thing that's connected. Maybe it's the sing-along.

Most reports have indicated that the Sing-Along in DCA was connected to the rest of the DCA FP system.
