Yes, that is the one I bought. It did turn out beautiful and yes, it cost a mint but it is worth every penny!;) I love it because it is so original.

Now I'm really curious. Would you mind posting a pic? I'd love to see it!

Not as talented as the rest of you but here is a non Disney I made 3 of for the grand daughters.

"Big Give" Possibility/Opportunity!!!!

Hey did any of you watch Oprah's BIG GIVE when it was on? I thought it was a rather inspiring show, I really enjoyed it. I have an idea on how we might be able to help an old DisBoutiquer who lost her sweet baby boy in a tragic car accident last October. I haven't brought this up to her yet because I don't know if anyone will be interested in helping or not. I have never met this person in real life, as she is an online friend, but she is the sweetest and bravest person I know. She has been through a lot and I just wanna help anyway I can. She has an adorable 5 year old little girl and they are planning a trip to WDW in few months. I am hoping I can talk some of you into donating a Disney themed outfit for her little girl. What do you guys think?? Can we "GIVE BIG"????

(Like I said, I have not mentioned this to her yet as I wanted to see if any of you would be willing to help first. Please PM me if you are interested in this possibilty. If I get some takers I will talk to her and make sure it is okay with her and then get her daughters measurements. I am planning on making her a few things. Maybe some of you have some gently used Disney customs that are just her daughter's size???)

P.S. If this is not okay to post, I apologize. Let me know and I will remove it. Thank you all!!!!

You can add me to the list too. My sewing skills may not be sterling and I don't have a serger, but i am willing to make something.

This is SOOOO cute!!! You did the pic just right. Photobucket does that to me too, but like yours did they eventually do turn rightside up. Some kind of lag I just don't get.

I recognize Ursula and Vanessa. That is the same applique that is on a leg of a custom outfit I bought on Ebay last month. Is that where you got the inspiration?

I thought that looked familiar.

Welcome to the thread and Kudos on the outfit- very cute! I'm sure your grands love them!

...t.

I can not keep up lately, I'm afraid I will have to go to lurker status for now. Both the kids got some kind of stomach bug and had fevers. The baby broke out in red spots after her fever. One good thing is we having been enjoying some cuddle time and watching some movies. :cloud9: The kids have still been pretty active so it hasn't slowed them down too much.

So sorry about the sick kidlets. I do enjoy when they're cuddly though! Can't wait to see the new dress.

Cute! I really like the decorative stitching, very nice touch. Morgan looks like an angel (I can't believe you posted the non-angel picture! :rotfl: ).

Cute! I really want that pattern. Wow, she did shoot up didn't she?

Yes, heaven knows the step-sisters can't see that outfit again, lol! It looks great and the flower pictures are beautiful!

Very cute: I love the polka dots. Your granddaughters will love it!

I remember that outfit. Very unique and original ! And gorgeous :)

We are home!!! I thought about you on the plane ride home Miss Cammie!! It was a VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY bumpy (frighting) flight!!! I said a prayer at take off, and many many more during the flight!!! And, I thought to myself, "Boy, I hope MissCammie lit some candles for this one!!" Lydia though, thought it was great fun!! She kept saying "WHEEE WHEEE WHEE!!!" as the plane dipped and dropped and tilted from side to side. (when you enter the plane and there is only ONE barf bag leftover in the entire row, it's a bad sign) while I had a death grip on the armrest, trying to plaster a fake smile onto my face (I didn't succeed!) Everyone on the plane clapped when we FINALLY landed!

oh my goodness!!! Why was the plane ride so bumpy?! I'd have had to fuss at the pilot on the way out!

I'm glad y'all made it home safe!! I DID light a "safe travel" candle for y'all!!:cool1:

can't wait to read the report!!!!

I'm downloading pictures right now, from yesterday. I have to say..I'm not a plant person. My mother owns a nursery and I do NOT have that inherited trait. I have a black thumb, opposed to her green one. But Epcot was just stunning yesterday. The plant people that work there are amazing!!! Everywhere you looked, it was just breath taking..I didn't take as many photos as I should have..boo hoo..
As I said earlier, the stepsisters loved Ireland's dress. I decided to let her wear it, instead of sell it. I might list it as a resell. The stepsisters could only see her it in once...LOL

These are some of the pictures I took..I love the pink and purple flowers..I won't even try to spell hy--drain-ge-a..LOL...:rotfl2:

PRECIOUS! and WELCOME!

We will be in the World in June but my 2 of my grand daughters will be there in September. Here is an Ariel outfit for the 3 year old but I was afraid the face was to big for the 8 month old so this is my first applique of Flounder and the flowers to cover up my goof. I found the panels on sale for $2 each was so excited.

Love the Stepsisters pic and the flower pics are gorgeous. We are in Autumn/fall and our trees and gardens just look a bit dead :sad2: I'm going to have to get to the world after we do this disneyland trip. I'm thinking the girls will handle the extra long flight better when they are older

ooh love this one too :)

:cool1: I now have a ticker - it's actually becoming real now - We've decided to do the halloween party thing if they have it while we are there as Halloween doesn't get celebrated in NZ so this will be my girls only chance to experience it (well unless we do it again lol) So now to think of adult costumes as well as kidlet ones :rolleyes1 )
