YAY!! Steph is back! I got my cute Megan fix for the day!
I just made this reversible jumper using CarlaC's (Sew Boutique For Dolly and Me) A-line pattern. It only took me 1 1/2 hours to make both Tessa's and one for her build-a-bear. But, I already had the fabric cut out.
This side is made from the very first fabric I ever bought, back in July. It's oranges. I thought it was very Florida-like. It also reminds me of my late Grandpa who had big orange and graprefruit trees. She'll probably wear it for one of our non-Disney days in Florida.
She thinks this first one is a very model-like pose:
The other side is some fabric that I got on clearance at JoAnn. I thought it was very happy looking. Steph made a shirt for herself out of it a while back and it was really cute.

Heather, my love, I just have to tell you, YOU ARE IN BIG TROUBLE WITH THAT GIRL!!! That gorgeous little thing is going to have boys breaking your door down, I'm telling you!
I LOVE that a-line! I made a jillion for the boutique and they are easy and classy and FUN! GOOD JOB!!!
So I'm finally done with all of the princesses dresses for the girls!! Here is the last of the dress and a summary of all the dresses I've done this past month. One more outfit - sundress - to do and then I can pack! That's right I leave in 14 days and I'm not packed!!

OH SO CUTE!!!
I forgot to post the top that I made for Jenna using the same pattern. I also made her a matching headband. Jenna has that same BAB Cheetah. She named hers Jennifer.
See there is Jennifer and all of the other babies that sleep in the bed with Jenna.
And just cause she is cute. That bear is her latest BAB. Her name is Anna.
Ya know, Jennifer is such a great name...hehe...what a cutie!!!

Okay, here is my latest sewing disaster. I made this outfit (matching tank top, headband and cropped pants, size 3T

) and sadly it is not for Lily. I need to stop making things in her size because it is too hard to part with them! So, things were going great until I realized I forgot the ric rac skull mouth

and went to go sew it on and realized there is a tiny hole in the back of the fabric of the tank top

I can see where their serger caught up a piece of ribbon and they went to snip it off and snipped a little hole in the fabric. Now I can't list the outfit on that other site that is not

until I can make sure I can get a new tank top from Old Navy

On the plus side, Lily gets to keep the tank top. On the negative side, that means I will probably use my extra fabric to make her a matching pair of pants (instead of another pair to sell). GRR! Lesson Learned: Inspect store bought tops before adding applique!
Sorry, girl! But honestly! That turned out so cute!
Hello Folks!
Well, I finished up the Mickey outfit. The top was such a pain because the directions just left out chunks of instructions (McCalls) I met a woman at our church on Thursday who used to sew and she helped me figure out how to wing it and git 'er done!
Here it is off my little model....

On her- note the front ruffle pops a bit, not sure why it does that...

back(very hard to get this photo!)
Must be a full moon or something cause my husband is grumpy too. And of course we just found out we spent more on our credit card than we realized. Ugh! DD has a cold and a runny nose and it just hit me now (at almost 10pm) that we cant go to church tomorrow because of that. and we didnt go last week. Rare that we dont go 2 weeks in a row, Im bummed.
That turned out soooo cute! And what a sweetie!!!
