I sure most of you would agree but this website is awesome. Six months ago I hardly knew anything about DVC.
Since that time, I have been able to rent a 2 bedroom unit at OKW for 7 nights during November for $1,000.00.
Based on our stay, my wife and I started thinking about becoming DVC members. After reading many of the posts on this site and asking some questions myself, we learned about the pros and cons of purchasing resale vs through Disney. We learned about the ROFR process. In addition, we received information on the many sites that offer resales.
We are now proud owners of 270 points at VWL and the process couldn't have gone smoother. There were no surprises due to all of the information we received from this site.
This, of course, is just the beginning to the amount of information that can be obtained from site. And, in a timely manner, I might add.
Thanks for all who take the time to answer the same questions over and over. It really is a tremendous help.
