DIsapointed in Magical Express

Just wanted to share that when we got off our Delta flight, in the jetway there was a big sign with the location of DME! Never noticed that before but figured I would share!

I've seen that sign on the jetway after my last few Southwest flights as well.
 
I got my yellow tags and booklet in the mail yesturday!! :goodvibes

Is a sign with map in the jetway that effective? You would have to stop to read it and block the way for those folks behind.

Better would be a sign in the gate area, perhaps on the back side of an existing sign for boarding passengers and visible to arriving passengers coming out of the jetway.
 
WE LOVE Disney but last year was our first time flying down. I was disappointed with ME. We got off our flight, went to baggage claim, and had NO IDEA where ME was. We asked and found out where the buses were. Stood outside, bus driver drove away didn't say a word. We were outside with 4 other families as lost as we were. Went inside and found a desk person that said to go down to the end of the building and there was a check in desk. It was crazy! Took forever. The bus ride was great, and it wasn't crowded. But finding it was a nightmare!

Just like the OP...I guess I must have experienced the same ball drop. I didn't get any instructions with my luggage tags. Had I gotten them I would have known where to go.

Don't feel bad. I got the instructions with the pretty little map and everything and I still had trouble finding it! It is a LOONNGGG way away from where SW arrives (or so it seems). I do love the service though. Having two kids; one of them that has a car seat and stroller I just love not having to figure out how to juggle all of the luggage too. Honestly, it is one of the reasons I stay onsite. If they stopped offering this I would probably stay off site. I now bring one carry on with everything we will need for the night, including bathing suit and pj's. That way if it takes 3 hours for my luggage it's no big deal.
 

We used the ME twice and both times it has been excellent. We never get labels as we are international travelliers so have to pick up our own luggage and go thro customs boarder control. They told us when booking where it was and I wrote it down followed it and foudn no problems. Very easy and that after nearly 15 hours travelling, being very tired and having a 5 hour time adjustment to allow for - cant understand how anyone would have a problem. I think this service is excellent we used to rent a car but that took ages sorting and then driving after such a trip now we get ME and then pick up car at Alamo couple days later when adjusted to time difference etc. Very easy and brilliant for international travelliers :lovestruc
