Disabled on Facebook?

I have been disabled and cannot think of ONE reason why?!?!?!?!

I NEVER promote my business there, never bother anyone, NO naughty language..no issues with anyone???? Cannot think of anything at all. I have emailed them 3 times to ask 'why' without reply?

Wondering if anyone has any experience with this sort of thing?

I saw something one night on the news about a similar thing with FB. They would block people without any cause. It turned out to be a system glitch.

Hopefully you are back on soon.

Well, I figured it had to be something simple because I never overstep the boundaries sooo....anyways, today I got an email.

They 'suspected' that my acct had been compromised by Cybercriminals so shut it down. I am now 'back in action' and have had to change my passwords as well as check I am in control of my email addresses. They said that there might have been emails from my account and what 'appears' to be ME that have asked people in my address book for money!!! GREAT

Well--apparantly a LOT because so far nobody has sent me a dime!
Sure found out who my friends are let me tell ya!!

Oh! I heard about that virus going around. I've recieved about 3 of those. They all have terrible grammar and sound nothing like the friends I "recieved" them from.

Well, Facebook call them Cybercriminals. Supposedly they get into my email addresses, tell the recipient I am 'away someplace and in need of money fast' and set the bait that way. I am away A LOT so people would have not been one bit surprised to hear I was! They suspected my account had been compromised and shut it down. Meanwhile...I am thinking hmmmm whatever have I done???

This happened to a FB friend of mine. His account was compromised and they were apparently sending out those same types of emails "from him".

Scary, but when you are "out there in the cyberworld" anything can happen.

They also told me to check the outbox of my regular email that is connected to FB! Yikes. I am a very limited user of FB. Someone else I know promotes their travel business a little bit via FB and was shut down for that! Just glad it wasn't anything I did!
